Why isn’t my campaign running on one of the networks?
There are several reasons why this may happen, one being that your ad was not approved because it violates the network’s policies. If that is the case, we can’t do much about it because each network has its own policies that we all have to respect.
Our platform may also have shifted the ad to another network that was delivering better results. This will optimise your budget and make sure you get the best possible results. Lastly, it may also happen when your budget isn’t big enough to run your ad on that specific ad network. To solve this issue, you can increase the amount in Budget & Schedule at any time.
